🍌✨ Lalettan’s Viral Dessert ✨🍨

Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• Ghee – for shallow frying
• Jaggery powder – as needed
• Shredded coconut – as needed
• Cardamom powder – a pinch
• Vanilla ice cream – as needed

Method:
🍌 Slice 2 bananas and shallow fry them in ghee until lightly golden.
🍯 Add jaggery powder and cook until it caramelises nicely.
🥥 Add shredded coconut and a pinch of cardamom powder. Mix everything well and switch off the flame.
❄️ Let it cool slightly, then add a scoop of your favourite vanilla ice cream and mix well.
