𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬:-
Designed to embrace the natural contours of a downward-sloping site, this 3,500 sq.ft. residence transforms topographical constraints into spatial opportunities. A semi-basement level, accessed directly from the side road, accommodates the office and garage, creating a seamless integration between architecture and terrain.
The main living level is accessed through a staggered flight of stairs, generating a dramatic vertical volume that doubles as a sheltered car porch below. Conceived for clients seeking the convenience and efficiency of apartment-style living within an independent home, the villa is organized as a vertically expanded four-bedroom residence across three levels on a compact six cent plot.
The residential floors house four bedrooms, while the heart of the home unfolds as a continuous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space.
