It is my endeavour to get the work done properly, I thrive in keeping the cost as minimal as possible and yet giving the house plushest look. All the original bills of the furniture (for warranty purpose) will be handed over to you once the project is finished; the warranty claims of various items would be as committed by the seller/manufacturer. The estimate is calculated after the market survey. I still strive to save the best wherever I can. Restyling/Redoing rooms takes maximum 3 weeks by me and the house is ready to show, which includes site visit, design layout, budgeting, shopping, outsourcing from different vendors, finally setting up all the things together. Bare shell projects take 60 days from site visit, design layout, budgeting, carpenter work, electrical fittings, paint job, finally furniture and the house is ready to show.
