লেবু ফুচকা 😍perfect fuchka panipuri Recipe recipes

Ingredients:-

*Lemon Water Phuchka / Pani Puri:*

*1. For Frying Phuchka:*
- Ready-made raw Phuchka / papad
- Oil for frying

*2. For Tok Jol (Sour Spicy Water) - Made with Lemon, without Tamarind:*
- Lemon - 3 to 4 pcs (juice + slices)
- Water
- Salt - as per taste
- Chili flakes / Red chili powder
- Special roasted spice mix (Bhaja Masala)
- Coriander leaves (chopped)

*3. For Aloo Masala / Stuffing:*
- Boiled Potatoes
- Cucumber - chopped
- Onion - chopped
- Green Chili - chopped
- Coriander leaves - chopped
- Raw / Roasted Chickpeas (Chana)
- Chili flakes
- Special roasted spice mix
- Salt - as per taste
- Lemon juice
- Little bit of Tok Jol (sour water)

*Method:* Fry the phuchka till puffed, mix all stuffing ingredients, make tok jol with lemon water, then make a hole in phuchka, fill with aloo masala and dip in tok jol.
