The Collective brings together welcoming arrival spaces, collaborative workstations, meeting rooms and executive offices within a single architectural language that feels calm, adaptable and enduring.

Designed for Pearl Omaxe Towers, New Delhi, the project explores how contemporary office interiors can strengthen collaboration while giving individuals the space to focus, lead and grow.

At Altavaza Studio, we believe the most successful commercial interiors are those that continue to support evolving teams, changing ways of working and the identity of the businesses they serve—long after the project is complete.

The Collective is a contemporary coworking workspace designed by Altavaza Studio within Pearl Omaxe Towers, New Delhi. Planned to support the rhythm of modern businesses, the project brings together flexible workstations, private offices, collaborative lounges, conference rooms and quiet zones within a refined, cohesive environment.

A warm material palette, layered lighting, ergonomic planning and timeless detailing create a workplace that feels calm, sophisticated and adaptable—balancing collaboration with focused productivity.
