Because designing beautiful spaces is one thing… but putting that work out there, telling the story behind it, building the brand and creating the right conversations around it — that’s a whole job in itself.

So, we’re looking for a young, fresh and creative mind to join our team full-time and work with us on:

✨ PR & Media Relations
✨ Branding & Communication
✨ Social Media & Content
✨ Building the Olive brand

You don’t need 10 years of experience. We’re actually looking for someone who is curious, switched-on, has ideas and wants to learn and grow with a design brand.

The black-and-white version of Minima Luxe already had all the elements — the furniture, the lines, the proportions.

And then we added colour… and suddenly it had a completely different personality.

This is actually one of my favourite parts of designing a home — playing around with a combination, stepping back, changing one thing, putting it back… until it just feels right.

Just the real heroes behind the pretty pictures.

Bhaiya: “Haule haule…”
Me: “Kitna haule?”
Bhaiya: “Bas… dheere dheere.”

And just like that, another site meeting ends with zero deadlines and full faith. 😂

I’ve always been a little difficult to put in a box.
Strong opinions, too many questions, a head full of ideas and an unreasonable need to do things my own way.

Somewhere along the way, interior design became my language — a way to turn all that curiosity, chaos and creativity into something meaningful.

Still figuring it out. Still learning. Still misplacing my phone.

But definitely still me.

The first drawing is rarely the final story.

We started this project with one idea. Then reality happened — site conditions, practical constraints, things we couldn’t have anticipated, and decisions that had to change along the way.

But here’s what years of designing have taught us: a hindrance isn’t always a problem. Sometimes, it’s an invitation to think better.

A constraint pushes you to question the obvious. A problem makes you look for another way. And somewhere in that process, the design evolves into something better than what you had originally imagined.

Because for us, design isn’t just about making things look beautiful.

It’s about thinking, adapting, solving — and making the best possible version of what the space can become.

This is what I love about interior design. The beauty isn’t just in choosing finishes or furniture. It’s in solving engineering challenges, hiding the complexity, and making everything look effortless.
