Chandrima Chakraborty is the founder of Crochet, Owls & More. Crochet, Owls & More established in October 2018, and makes different sort of crochet products for both Humans and Dogs, our products are also customizable, we make different sort of Ornaments, Home Decors , Hair clips, Head bands, Purses, Bags, Mobile Covers, Pendrive/Earphone cases, Rakhis, Bookmarks, Masks, Car Decors , Dog Dresses,

Dog Collars and Bows by using different sorts of threads, zaris, yarns, jutes and beads (both glass and faux) to make our products and also we use cotton and other fabric to create new products from them. Everything on our page is made inhouse and handcrafted with love in India. Our Artists are mostly Housewives, those who are unable to work full time 9 to 5 job, but immensely talented, they are working from home in their leisure time and sending the products on time. Mostly we use Crochet, apart from some appliqué and different stitches and our Mission is to make good quality handcrafted products. Shipping Policy

Once the order is received, the order will be dispatched within 7 to 15 days, we will update you prior hand the time we require to make the product. The order will be dispatched via courier / registered post. The product will be packed properly so that it doesn't get damaged but if the product is mishandled by the Courier company/Post office, then Crochet, Owls & More won't be responsible for the same. Refund Policy

The refund will only take place if the quantity of the product is less received than what is ordered. You will received the refund within 5 working days. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The colour of the product may look a bit/slightly different from the photograph due to lighting, but all other specifications will be same as mentioned. The artisans need to work accurately to make the product and hence there is NO cancellation/return/exchange for a product which is sold.
