🧾 Ingredients
• 1 cup ice
• ½ cup pineapple cubes (fresh or frozen)

🥣 Method

• 1 tablespoon honey 🍯
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 2 shots freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee)
• ½ cup milk (any milk of your choice) 🥛
• A pinch of cinnamon powder (for frothing)
• Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer it chilled)

🔹 Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Coffee Base:
In a glass, add 1 tablespoon of honey and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

🧂 Ingredients
• 1 pack Maggi noodles
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 5–6 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
• 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
• 1 splash light soy sauce
• 1 pinch salt (as per taste)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
• Maggi masala (from the pack)

👩‍🍳 Method

Step 1 – Boil the Maggi
Start by boiling your Maggi noodles as per the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain the water and keep it aside.

Step 2 – Prepare the Base
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown and aromatic.

Step 3 – Add the Chillies and Onion
Add chopped green chillies and onion. Sauté till the onion turns soft and slightly golden.

Step 4 – Add the Spices and Sauces
Now add red chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, and a splash of light soy sauce. Mix everything well for that spicy-tangy flavour base.

Step 5 – Add Seasoning and Freshness
Add a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and freshly chopped coriander. Stir to combine and release that zesty aroma.

Step 6 – Toss the Maggi
Add the boiled Maggi noodles to the pan and toss gently until each strand is coated in the spicy garlic sauce.

Step 7 – Add the Maggi Masala
Finally, sprinkle in the Maggi masala and toss once more for the ultimate flavour boost.

🧺 Ingredients:
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• ½ cup ghee (clarified butter)
• 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon curd (yogurt)
• A pinch of cardamom powder
• Chopped almonds and pistachios (for topping

👩‍🍳 Method:

Step 1 – Preparing the sugar:

In a grinder, add sugar. Grind until fine — this gives the cookies a smooth texture and melt-in-the-mouth sweetness.

Step 2 – Making the dough:
In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, ghee, cardamom powder, baking soda, and curd. Mix well.
Now add maida (all-purpose flour) and knead it into a soft cookie dough.

Step 3 – Shaping the cookies:
Take small portions of dough and shape them into round cookies.
Place them on a lined baking tray. Gently press chopped almonds and pistachios on top for that crunch.

Step 4 – Baking the cookies:
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C for 12–14 minutes until they turn golden and fragrant.
Let them cool slightly before serving.

This festive season, indulge in the richness of tradition with a creamy twist! 🌸
Channar Payesh with Daab Malai is a fragrant, chilled Bengali dessert made with soft chhena, pistachios, cardamom, and tender coconut malai. Each spoonful is a blend of freshness, creaminess, and a hint of rose that melts in your mouth. A dessert so light and luxurious, it’s sure to leave everyone saying “WOW!” 😍

Ingredients:

For the Chhena (Cottage Cheese):
• Full-fat milk – 1 litre
. Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice or white vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Ice-cold water – 1 cup

For the Payesh (Milk Base):
• Full-fat milk – 500 ml
• Sugar – 50 g (adjust to taste)
• Green cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
• Chopped pistachios – 1 tbsp
• Rose water – ½ tsp

For Finishing:
• Fresh tender coconut malai (Daab Malai) – 1 tbsp per serving
• Chopped pistachios and Almonds (for garnish)

Method:

Step 1: Making the Chhena
1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring 1 litre of milk with 2 tbsp of Fresh Cream to a boil.
2. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and add lemon juice or vinegar mixed with a little water.
3. Stir gently until the milk curdles and the whey separates.
4. Turn off the heat immediately and pour the mixture through a muslin cloth.
5. Rinse with cold water to remove the sourness.
6. Tie and hang it for 15–20 minutes to drain the excess water.
(Do not press it too hard — you want soft, moist chhena.)

Step 2: Preparing the Milk Base
1. In another pan, bring 500 ml milk to a boil.
2. Add cardamom pods and sugar.
3. Reduce the flame and simmer until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
4. Add fresh cream and mix well.

Step 3: Combining Chhena and Flavourings
1. Crumble the prepared chhena gently and add it to the thickened milk.
2. Add rose water.
3. Cook on low flame for 5–10 minutes, until the mixture slightly thickens and becomes creamy.
4. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely.

Step 4: Adding Daab Malai
1. Once cooled, fold in fresh tender coconut malai (daab malai).
2. Mix gently to combine all the flavours.
3. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to chill.

Step 5: Garnishing & Serving
1. Serve chilled in small bowls.
2. Garnish with chopped pistachios and Almonds.

Looking for a drink that’s refreshing, vibrant, and full of festive cheer? This Pomegranate Fizz is the perfect blend of tangy, fizzy, and fruity flavors — an absolute showstopper for your Diwali celebrations! 🎉

🥂 Ingredients
• ½ cup pomegranate seeds
• A few fresh mint leaves
• 2 lemon wedges
• A pinch of sea salt
• 60 ml fresh pomegranate juice
• A few ice cubes
• Sprite or soda water, to top up
• Extra mint leaves (for garnish)

🍹 Method

In a glass, add pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, lemon wedges, and a pinch of sea salt. Gently muddle them together to release all the natural juices and aroma. Add a generous amount of ice cubes, then pour in 60 ml of fresh pomegranate juice. This gives the drink a vibrant color and a tangy, fruity flavor. Top up the glass with Sprite or soda water to add that refreshing fizz and Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for a bright, festive, and cooling drink!

✨ Ingredients

10-12 Coconut Balls

For the Chocolate Ganache:
• 200 g dark chocolate (chopped)
• 30 g butter

For Garnish:
• Finely chopped pistachios
• Finely chopped almonds

🍫 Method

Step 1 - Take 10-12 coconut laddoos.
Step 2 – Making the Chocolate Ganache
1. Add chopped dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl.
2. Melt using the double boiler method (or microwave in short intervals).
3. Stir continuously till smooth, glossy, and rich — that’s your perfect ganache.



Step 3 – Dipping the Ladoos
1. Once the ganache cools slightly, dip each coconut ball (ladoos) one by one.
2. Coat evenly and place them on parchment paper or a tray.



Step 4 – Garnishing & Presentation
1. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds on top.
2. Let them set for 15–20 minutes in the fridge until the coating is firm and shiny.
