Created as part of AARC, this pedestrian bridge replaces the old iron bridge that once stood here. The design, led by .visakh , is inspired by the elegant curves of Kerala’s traditional houseboats, blending cultural heritage with modern functionality to serve the community.

Transformation of a 9-generation Gujarati trader’s residence in Alappuzha. From a modest home to a serene heritage hotel, blending traditional charm with contemporary elegance.

XOLA was formerly called Waghji Sadhan, functioned as the residence of Waghji Jairaj and remained home to the Waghji family for nine generations before they moved back to Bombay. This historic site symbolizes Alleppey’s rise as a trade hub under Travancore’s leadership.
Sticking to its roots and charm, we have restored this landmark building into a Heritage Hotel.
