Where Minimalism Meets Monumental Light.

Concept: A floating white cube designed around voids, light and transparency.

This Contemporary Villa celebrates the power of cantilevered volumes and double-height glazing. The design breaks the traditional boxed house into two interlocking L-shaped masses - one solid for privacy, one fully transparent to connect inside with outside.

Key Architectural Elements:
1. The Floating Frame: A massive white portal frames the double-height living, creating a sculpture that changes with the sky.
2. Warm Minimalism: Stark white plaster is balanced with warm teak soffits, grounding the floating volumes.
3. Transparency as Luxury: Floor-to-ceiling low-E glass brings in daylight, landscape and vertical garden views, while maintaining thermal comfort.
4. Integrated Landscape: Floating illuminated steps, layered greens and hidden lighting blur the boundary between architecture and nature.
5. Functional Elegance: Open yet defined car porch, frameless balcony railing, and recessed linear lighting for a seamless night identity.

THE FLOATING FRAME VILLA

Architecture is not about covering space, it's about sculpting it.

This Concept is built on one idea: DEFY GRAVITY.
A Monolithic, Cantilevered concrete slab levitates over a solid, grounded stone base - creating a tension between heavy & light, raw & refined.

Concept Breakdown:
• The Form: Two inverted L-shaped concrete shells that interlock, creating a dynamic diagonal void. It’s brutalist in mass, but fluid in movement.
• Material Palette: Cold meets warm. Exposed concrete + natural stone + warm timber fluting. The balance makes the brutalism livable.
• Transparency & Void: The double-height car porch and the open terrace on the first floor dissolve the facade. The building breathes.
• Function as Sculpture: Even the parking becomes a gallery. The structure itself is the ornament.
A house that doesn't just stand, it takes off.

Unveiling the Interior Concept Design for one of the biggest Beauty Salons in Kerala — Midhun's Belleza - where Contemporary Elegance, Luxury and Functionality come together to create a truly elevated Beauty Experience !

The Interior Design of Belleza Premium Salon is conceived as a Sophisticated, Contemporary Beauty Destination covering an area of more than 10,000 Sqft, where each floor has its own distinctive character while maintaining a cohesive Luxury Aesthetic. ✨

The Ground floor Reception & waiting area creates a refined first impression through a palette of white marble, warm wood, champagne-gold accents and soft neutral tones. The sculptural Reception desk, illuminated feature walls, elegant lighting and carefully placed greenery create a welcoming and Premium Ambience.

The 1st floor Unisex Salon introduces a fresh Green & Rose-Gold theme, combining elegant salon stations with warm metallic detailing, contemporary mirrors and a dark ceiling treatment. The design balances glamour with a relaxed, Modern atmosphere.

The 2nd floor Men's special section takes on a bold and sophisticated Black & Yellow-Gold palette. Dark finishes, dramatic lighting, luxurious pedicure stations and gold detailing create a masculine yet premium environment with a distinctive Contemporary character.

The 3rd floor Ladies' special section adopts a softer Lilac & Pink palette, complemented by white finishes, warm lighting, elegant styling stations and floral elements. The space is designed to feel feminine, Graceful and Luxurious while remaining Contemporary.

The Bridal Make-up section provides a more intimate and romantic setting, using soft pinks, floral installations, elegant mirrors and warm illumination to create a sophisticated backdrop for bridal preparation and photography.

Overall, Belleza combines luxury, functionality and individuality across its different zones, creating a layered salon experience where each floor offers a unique atmosphere while remaining connected through consistent detailing, premium finishes and Contemporary Design Language.

This is not just a House - It's an Attitude !

Concept: A MONOLITH IN MATTE BLACK.

Two Bold Cantilevered Volumes interlocked by a vertical stone spine. We played with voids, light and shadows to create drama without ornament.

The Architecture:
▪️ Floating boxes & deep overhangs for that striking sculpted look
▪️ Vertical louvers for privacy, light control & rhythm
▪️ Warm internal glow vs. bold dark facade - The perfect contrast
▪️ Seamless indoor-outdoor connection with double-height glass & green balconies

BELLEZA Unisex Salon | Facade Lighting Reveal ✨

How do you make a Building stand out at night without overdoing it?

For BELLEZA, our approach was simple: Let light follow form.

Continuous warm linear lighting traces the building's curved edges, highlighting the floating volumes. Vertical light slits on the main facade add rhythm, depth and a distinct identity after dark — creating a landmark presence with minimal, energy-efficient lighting.

Project Villa 94 | A Study in Cantilever & Contrast

Concept: The Design of this Villa is composed as a stack of shifting monolithic blocks. The Architectural intent was to create visual lightness within mass.

Key Design Principles:

1. The Floating Mass: Exposed concrete volumes are cantilevered aggressively to create deep shaded terraces and a sense of weightlessness.

2. Material Contrast: The honesty of raw concrete is softened by warm vertical timber cladding and charcoal grey textured walls.

3. Transparency: Floor-to-ceiling glazing and a double-height living volume ensure the landscape flows into the home, while curated linear lighting accentuates the geometry at twilight.

4. Choreographed Arrival: A stepped, illuminated entry path elevates the experience of arrival.

A Contemporary response to Tropical Luxury Living.

A composition of pure white floating volumes, warm natural stone, and frameless glass.

Cantilevered slabs, hidden LED lines, and vertical timber louvers create a play of light, shadow, and transparency.

The Concept?
Blur the boundary. Interiors dissolve into terraces, terraces into the water, water into the green.

Where Architecture Defies Gravity. ✨

The Concept Design of this Contemporary Villa is a study in bold cantilevers and floating volumes.

A sculptural white L-frame anchors the composition, while the dynamic sloping roof with open pergola creates drama, light and shadow.

We played with contrast — warm timber flutes against cool concrete, solid masses against transparency, and integrated linear lighting that makes the facade come alive at dusk.

The double-height car porch isn't just parking, it's an experience.

Luxury is in the details. Minimalism is in the soul.

Architecture is not just built. It's Sculpted.

A bold, floating white frame that defies gravity, vertical concrete fins that play with light & shadow, and warm wood that grounds the whole composition. This villa is a study in contrasts - solid vs. void, light vs. heavy, minimal vs. warm.

Concept: A monolithic L-shaped frame wraps the upper volume, creating a cantilevered car porch and a layered facade that ensures privacy without losing light. The vertical louvers become both sculpture and sun-shading.
