This G+21 residential tower in Palakkad is designed as a contemporary response to tropical urban living. The project emphasizes natural ventilation, daylight, and thermal comfort, with well-planned apartments, shaded balconies, and efficient layouts.

ERAM MANOR

Spanning 60,000 sq.ft., ERAM MANOR is a daring exploration of how classical design can coexist with nature. The residence celebrates craftsmanship and detail , where every column, and arches frames the landscape beyond. Rooted in tradition yet forward in thought, it reflects a delicate balance between elegance, context, and timeless grace.

Set amidst expansive paddy fields and overlooking the serene Bharathapuzha, the residence stands as an ode to classical architecture. The design draws from traditional proportions and spatial hierarchies, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens to suit its rural setting. The play of scale, light, and symmetry lends an air of quiet grandeur throughout.
