In Denmark, even McDonald’s workers earn around $20–22 per hour (₹1,600–1,800/hour).

👉 They also get:
✅ 6 weeks of paid vacation
✅ Life insurance
✅ Maternity leave
✅ Pension benefits

And this is not just about McDonald’s.
It reflects Denmark’s strong labor rights, work-life balance, and employee benefits.

For Indian professionals, Denmark offers:
🔹 High wages compared to many countries
🔹 Focus on quality of life
🔹 Job security and social benefits
🔹 A culture that values work-life balance
Whether you’re in IT, healthcare, engineering, or hospitality — Denmark provides a lifestyle where your career and personal life grow together.

✨ Sometimes, it’s not only about the job title… it’s about the quality of life you live.

👉 But here’s the catch: Your CV needs to match European standards if you want recruiters in Denmark (or anywhere in Europe) to notice you.

That’s where we can help. At Linkcvright, we create CVs tailored for specific regions like Europe, US, Gulf, and Canada — so your profile stands out in the market you’re targeting.

If you also don’t want to be surprised like her, always check the offer letter thoroughly before signing.

Here’s a quick checklist to review your offer letter:

1. Job Title & Department - Does it match what you discussed? Beware of fancy words such as Change Agent, Happiness Officer, Rockstar, etc.

2. Salary & Benefits - Confirm base pay, VCTC must be 10-15% max, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, etc.

3. Work Arrangement - Remote, hybrid, or onsite? Check location and hours.

4. Start Date- Is it clear and feasible? Accept only if you are able to join that date else get it revised with new date.

5. Vacation/PTO- Verify time off policies.

6. Non-compete/Confidentiality- Understand any restrictions salary cutting clauses.

7. Documents requirements- Always check what documents they require. If you do not have any, get the exception approval before joining. Always try to get a relieving letter, even if the company is okay with accepting you without it, because your next company may not.

8. Medical requirement : Please ensure that if there is any medical checkup, you try to get it cleared before resigning from your present company.

I have seen many people face difficulties if a negative mark comes in their medical report.

9. Acceptance Deadline- Know your timeline to respond.

Take your time, ask questions, and ensure it aligns with your goals.

What else do you check before saying yes?

📧 Master the Art of Emailing Recruiters in the US and Canada! 🌟

Are you reaching out to recruiters in the US or Canada? A well-crafted email can make all the difference in your job search. Here’s how to ensure your email stands out and gets noticed:

7. End with a Strong Call to Action
