Fabric painting on clothes? Stop making these mistakes! 👕🎨

I learnt this the hard way:

DO's ✅
1. Always WASH & IRON your fabric first - removes starch & oil so color actually sticks 2. Put CARDBOARD inside the t-shirt - no bleed to the back 3. Use THIN layers - thick paint = hard & cracked 4. HEAT SET after 24 hrs - iron on REVERSE side for 3-5 mins
DON'Ts ❌
1. Don't use normal acrylic without fabric medium - it will peel! 2. Don't wash for 5-7 days after painting 3. Don't iron directly on paint - ever!
Pro tip: Always practice on scrap fabric first!
