ക്യാരറ്റ് മക്കറോണി പാലട പായസം

ചേരുവകൾ:

* വേവിച്ച ക്യാരറ്റ് – 3 എണ്ണം
* പാൽ – ½ കപ്പ്
* മക്കറോണി – 1 കപ്പ്
* പാൽ – 1 ലിറ്റർ
* പഞ്ചസാര – 4 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ
* കണ്ടൻസ്ഡ് മിൽക്ക് – ¼ കപ്പ്
* ഏലക്കായപ്പൊടി – ½ ടീസ്പൂൺ
* ഉപ്പ് – ഒരു നുള്ള്
* നെയ്യ് – 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
* കശുവണ്ടി
* ബദാം
* ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി

തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം:

1. ക്യാരറ്റ് നന്നായി വേവിച്ചെടുക്കുക. വേവിച്ച ക്യാരറ്റും ½ കപ്പ് പാലും മിക്സിയുടെ ജാറിലിട്ട് നന്നായി അരച്ചെടുക്കുക.
2. ഒരു കപ്പ് മക്കറോണി മിക്സിയുടെ ജാറിലിട്ട് ചെറുതായി പൊടിച്ചെടുക്കുക.
3. പായസം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന കടായിലേക്ക് 1 ലിറ്റർ പാൽ ഒഴിച്ച്, പൊടിച്ച മക്കറോണി ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി മിക്സ് ചെയ്യുക.
4. ഇതിലേക്ക് പഞ്ചസാര, കണ്ടൻസ്ഡ് മിൽക്ക്, ഏലക്കായപ്പൊടി, ഒരു നുള്ള് ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി ഇളക്കുക.
5. ഗ്യാസ് ഓൺ ചെയ്ത് ഹൈ ഫ്ലെയിമിൽ തിളപ്പിക്കുക. തിളച്ച ശേഷം അടച്ചുവെച്ച് ലോ ഫ്ലെയിമിൽ മക്കറോണി നന്നായി വെന്ത് പായസം ക്രീമിയായി വരുന്നതുവരെ വേവിക്കുക.
6. ഒരു പാനിൽ 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ നെയ്യ് ചൂടാക്കി കശുവണ്ടി, ബദാം, ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി എന്നിവ വറുത്തെടുക്കുക. ഇത് പായസത്തിലേക്ക് ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി മിക്സ് ചെയ്യുക.
