अडेनियम एक सुंदर फूल वाला पौधा है, जो हाल के वर्षों में काफी लोकप्रिय हुआ है। यह पौधा मूल रूप से रेगिस्तानी इलाकों में उगता है, और इसमें खिलने वाले लाल, गुलाबी और सफेद कलर के फूल, गुलाब की तरह दिखते हैं, इस वजह से एडेनियम पौधे को रेगिस्तान का गुलाब (desert rose) भी कहा जाता है। इस पौधे का वैज्ञानिक नाम एडेनियम ओबेसम (Adenium Obesum) है।

A rose does not answer its enemies with words, but with beauty.” While the number and color of petals varies, their texture is shockingly similar. Rose petals are very finely textured and veined but feel smooth and slightly cool to the touch. They have a silky nap to them that is very soft and almost imperceptible.

Adeniums will grow noticeably larger with enough light and water. Remove the plant from its pot and break away as much of the potting mixture as you can. Place them in a larger pot, making sure not to plant them deeper than what they were in the previous pot. This way the caudex will continue to form above ground.
