📢 Serious Non-Payment Issue – Requesting Doordarshan’s Intervention
I am Ajaykumar Saini, owner of S.B. Cine Equipments and a light vendor
I had provided equipment and services for the Doordarshan (DD National) show “Ramsay House”, produced by Falguni Films & TV LLP – Mr. Amit Kale.
👉 Despite repeated follow-ups, my dues of ₹2,62,000/- remain unpaid.
👉 Two cheques issued by the producer (₹1,21,000/- and ₹1,31,000/-) were dishonoured by the bank.
👉 All invoices, cheque copies, and bank return memos are with me as proof.
This has caused me heavy financial stress. Since the show was officially telecast on DD Channel, I humbly request Doordarshan / Prasar Bharati authorities to kindly:
1. Verify if the producer has already received payment from the channel.
2. Take strict action against Falguni Films & TV LLP – Amit Kale for cheating vendors.
3. Help me recover my legitimate dues at the earliest.
🙏 I am sharing this publicly so that no other technician/vendor suffers like me in future.
DD National please take note and intervene.
