Modi's nirman office 2022,
Executive heads cabin.

Design brief :

1. This office has similar design as the legal cabin next to it.

2. After this cabin the office splits in ground and mezzanine floor.

3. It is a bigger cabin with similar basic designs and has continuous ceiling running through partition in between.

4. Partition glasses are treated with glass films all around for privacy.

-Legal head cabin

Design brief :

1. This cabin too has a double height and has a curved wall at corner.

2. It has a curved single piece glass installed along the corner.

3. We have used vertical design elements by using 12mm thk. MDF sheets and 8' X 4' charcoal sheets.

4. MDF sheets are finished with zinc paint with cove lights. Charcoal sheets are placed between the panels creating a massive backdrop.

5. Table top is a back painted 8mm glass with a customised pattern in it along with plain white back painted glass on side credenza.

6. Black lounge chairs for seating with carpet on flooring and lazer cut backlit ceiling with cove lights completes design aesthetic of the cabin.

-Director's cabin 01 & 02 have a sliding aluminium framed glass partition finished with woodin finished pvc coating.

-It is to facilitate big meetings and easily accomodate crowd of 15+ members.

-Both cabins are designed in such a way to look as one big cabin whenever needed.

-This helps in working with privacy for both directors in regular days and combine both cabins easily by sliding the partition whenever needed.

Design brief :-

1. Modi's nirman office 2022
- Director's cabin

Design brief :
1. Double height cabin designed such that there are vertical elements enhancing height of the space.

2. A structural column offset at corner is treated with vertical MDF sheets in duco + pu turquoise blue finish.
It also has a flushed door design to access storage space behind operated with electronic locks.

3. Backdrop (same wall continues in second cabin) is made by placing gypsum sheets at 10° with zinc paint finish and border finished with SS moulding Patti gives a blinds effect with indirect profile lights in gaps.

4. Low height storage is made below with shutters placed identically like backdrop above and finished with Gloria velvet finished sheets.

5. Table front has same arrangement as shutters behind with indirect profile light below the top.

6. Black lounge chairs are proposed to provide comfort for the user.

7. Ceiling has laser cut MDF in PU paint finish backlit with acrylic sheet above (Continues from first cabin).

8. Micro fiber carpet selected in similar color scheme arranged randomly for the flooring.

9. 65" tv is with hdmi, cable, data and camera connections, placed on tv panel finished with charcoal sheets along with indirect lights all around.

3. Low height storage is made below with shutters placed identically like backdrop above and finished with Gloria velvet finished sheets.

4. Table top is 4 feet wide to discuss on bigger layouts and finished with 12mm extra clear glass moulded at edges and d'decor velvet fabric below gives rich look to the surface.

5. Table front has same arrangement as shutters behind with inderect profile light below the top.

6. Black lounge chairs with zebra blinds are proposed to provide comfort and privacy for the user.

7. Ceiling has laser cut MDF in PU paint finish backlit with acrylic sheet above.

8. Micro fiber carpet selected in similar color scheme arranged randomly for the flooring.

- Waiting lounge

Design elements -
1. Waiting lounge here is a carved out space after entering from the main door with a single L-shaped lounge.
2. Lounge sofa was custom made on site as per the available space.
3. Lounge has a flawless shape with no edges finished with suede fabric and metal legs.
4. Cushions were made from the cut pieces left from the table top fabric.

-Office entrance.

Design elements :
1. Used veneer as backdrop and brown mirrors on wall and ceiling.
2. Profile lights are place right from wall to the ceiling giving a longitudinal fell to the space.
3. Artificial grass Matt 35mm thk. Is places on rear side to add green touch to the space.
4. Name plates are lazer cut from SS gold plate with a yellow spot light above.
5. All the elements are designed keeping the tastes of client in considerations.

Main Entrance lobby designed for a residential complex with Roman architecture elements.
Design brief :
1. Used elements from roman architecture in a modern way such as curved ceilings, arches and flutes in the design.
2. The curved ceiling on the borders helps to add taller perspective to the space.
3. Arched elevator doors and staircase entry highlight the entries.
4. Diamond patterned moulded brown mirror reflects volume of the whole space.
5. Proposed Fluted wall pattern with a thin black inlay are derived from the Roman column finishes.
6. Whole design is composed of very basic & best contrasting colours i.e. black and white with the highlights of Champaign, gold & wood.
