There are some places that go beyond being just a store—they create an experience.

Right in the heart of Mumbai, this marble studio does exactly that. From the sheer range of stones to the way each slab is displayed and explained, it feels less like sourcing material and more like curating a space.

As a designer, I truly value when materials are not just sold, but presented with passion and understanding—and that’s exactly what stood out here.

A special mention to Kamalji, whose warmth and knowledge and personal attention made the entire visit even more memorable.

By dividing ex*****on into 6 structured site visits 👇

✔️ Visit 1 – Marking & groundwork
Levels, tile joints, furniture layouts, sanitary placements, aluminium samples.
Everything is clarified before ex*****on begins.

✔️ Visit 2 – Technical alignment
Light points, plumbing lines, door frame alignments, flooring checks.
All issues identified early to avoid rework.

✔️ Visit 3 – Carpentry & detailing
Boxing, shutters, veneers, kitchen tiles, hardware selection, LED testing.
Structure starts transforming into design.

✔️ Visit 4 – Finishing supervision
Painting shades, laminations, wallpaper reviews, lighting level checks (evening visit), workmanship inspection.

✔️ Visit 5 – Styling & precision
Modular installation, sanitary fitting, curtain matching, accent adjustments, rug selection.

✔️ Visit 6 – Final walkthrough & handover.

Important:
• Every visit is pre-checked before we arrive.
• Finishing is a continuous process — not a last-stage panic -
• Artefact and material selections start early and continue throughout the project.
• Regular photo reviews and office discussions run parallel to site visits.
