Mumbai-based founder and Luxury interior designer Beena Ramaiya comes from a humble Kutchi business family who encouraged her to follow a career path that fills her life with excitement and a strong sense of purpose. She has found it intriguing how simple design changes such as paint colour, throw pillows, and window treatments can transform the look and feel of a room. Her love for art and design

made her famous amongst her friends. She would look beyond the ordinary and offer suggestions on design and furniture from a creative lens. She considered being an interior designer her dream job ever since she was a little girl. It was not long before she graduated from SNDT university with a Bachelor's in Science and pursued her post-graduation degree in interior design. As fate would have it, she married soon after and gave birth to two lovely kids. She decided to look after her kids until they grew independent and resumed her career as an interior designer. A mother of two, she raised her children to believe that they could do anything and be anything and to follow their hearts and to start her venture was the perfect way to show her children what it means to be fearless and how to follow their hearts and passions. At 40, she turned her long seethed desire to pursue her dreams and gave birth to "Art N Interiors". She believes that interior design has the power to transform daily life no matter the circumstances and loves being part of that beautiful transformation. She advocates that any space you live in should represent who you are, regardless of income restraints. Beena's focus on customer-centricity and close attention to detail has set her apart from the rest of the designers. She draws her inspiration from nature. She is an avid trekker herself and is inspired by the different color palettes and unique characteristics that each element in nature offers and seeks to bring this mesmerizing beauty into her design work. After spending several years working on some of the most notable design projects in Mumbai, she sensed the perfect opportunity to invent herself and spent some time in London to attend St. Martin's and Chelsea College of Arts. Although she initially found it challenging to become a student again, she was keen on learning, and her igniting kept her going. She brings home the wealth of globally inspired cultures and combines Western world influences with her signature style to curate impeccable interiors. Art N Interiors runs on the philosophy that details are not just details; they make the design. A great design is simple and enriches its occupants' lives, and brings quality to life. Each project undertaken is distinguished by its originality, creativity and emotional experiences brought to the inhabitants of the space. The elements of a space flawlessly communicate and balance one another while staying true to its purpose, paving the way for comfortable living. This belief is followed, breathed and lived through their practices and expressed in the designs. Some of the clients' Art N Interiors services are Tong Garden, Dr D.
