A conversation with Rajiv () and Lalita (), the people who turned this house into a home.

From hosting more guests than planned to lively karaoke nights and moments that spark curiosity, this space has seen it all.

Every corner carries a story. It feels playful, personal, and thoughtfully put together - a home that grows and changes with the people living in it.

Built around memories, music, quiet mornings, and moments meant to be shared.

FLOW HAUS

Can calmness, creativity, and music exist in the same space?

This studio pad for an artist is designed as a personal music room for their daughter, where ideas flow, recordings come alive, and the process leads.

Kept relaxed yet intentional, with equipment at the forefront, it balances function with feeling.

Warm textures, clean lines, and soft light shape a space that feels open, uncluttered, and ready to be played with.

We’re grateful to be featured in and even more so for the story this home gets to tell.

Flow Haus was imagined as a space that just feels easy to be in where light moves through the day, soft curves shape the rooms, and everything flows without trying too hard.

THE FLOW HAUS

A space where sound takes center stage.

Designed as a mini studio and music pad for their daughter, an artist.

This corner is where creative thoughts flow, recordings come alive, and ideas find their rhythm.

She wanted a space that felt calm and relaxed, yet kept her music and production equipment at the forefront, effortlessly blending function with feeling.

Warm textures, balanced acoustics, and an inviting vibe come together to create a room that feels as good as it sounds.

Because some spaces aren’t just seen, they’re felt.

Super excited for Flow Haus to be featured in print by .in

The brief from the start for this home was to - preserve the structure, elevate everything within it.

We didn’t move a single wall.

What we did was recalibrate grain, light, proportion, the floor that now runs uninterrupted from room to room.

And if we’re being honest, the part that means the most is that quiet precision was the thing that got noticed.

Thank you .in for featuring us.
And to our lovely clients , , and Kalindi

The World Crest Lobby in the making

How do you create a lobby that feels expansive and refined, yet warm enough to welcome people in every day?

Let’s break the process.

We started with a clear design direction, focusing on proportion, materiality, and light.

The palette was kept controlled and timeless, allowing textures and finishes to do the talking rather than relying on anything overpowering.

Planning is always about balancing functionality with experience.

A lobby is not just a pass-through space but it sets the tone for everything that follows.

Every element was considered in relation to movement, scale, and how people would actually interact with the space.

There is a stage where everything feels unfinished.

Adjustments are made, details are refined, and decisions are revisited until each element begins to sit exactly where it should.

It becomes a space that feels effortless to walk into, while holding a strong and intentional design language.

THE FLOW HAUS

How do you create a space that feels calm and familiar, but with its own personality?

Let’s break the process. We started with a base of soft off-whites and layered in muted terracotta and sage—tones that add warmth without ever feeling “loud.” Light oak and a speckled terrazzo floor keep the textures interesting but grounded.

Planning- It’s always about balancing the client’s needs with the soul of the home. One of our favorite details is the puja cabinet; the old Tanjore shutters was built right into the modern joinery. It anchors the room without disrupting the flow. A window corner study table makes a space for taking executive decisions.

Ultimately, it’s just a really comfortable space made for slow mornings and quiet nights.

ASTRONEA

A space that expands what design can do.

A 12-foot pivoted door.
14-foot sliding panels.

What once felt like a limitation now becomes a starting point.

The idea was to push beyond standard applications of hardware.
Systems that support stone and marble.
Cladding that reads as one continuous surface.
Concealed integrations that hold both scale and precision.

The experience follows a home.
Living. Wardrobes. Bedroom.

Each space shows how design can move, adapt, and perform.

Minimal in expression, focused on material, hardware, and detail.
Lighting guides attention, keeping the space composed.

A studio that allows clients and designers to see what’s possible—and take that thinking into their own spaces.
