The smallest detail, doing the most work.

That “wasted” triangle under the stairs? We don’t believe in wasted space.

Every step here doubles up as a cabinet full-height storage on one end, tapering down to fit the last stair tread. Matte grey cabinetry against a botanical wallpaper backdrop, because functional doesn’t have to mean boring.

Mirrors lie (in the best way).
They don’t add square footage they trick your eye into believing there’s more room to breathe.
That’s design doing its quiet magic.✨

Design lesson nobody teaches you:
furniture doesn’t have to touch the wall.
That small gap improves flow, softens the layout, and gives a room to breathe. Small decision, big difference.

Not every gap is a flaw. Some are measured.
Breathing room = better flow. That’s the whole trick.
