Delighted to share glimpses from the press meet of One Marina - ARK’s upcoming iconic residential tower rising along the prestigious waterfront of Marine Drive, Mumbai, by and YM Infra.

Envisioned as a 280-metre architectural statement, is designed to redefine ultra-luxury living while reshaping the city’s skyline with clarity, elegance, and intent. Currently under construction, One Marina is shaping a timeless statement on the skyline of the Queen’s Necklace.

Dream team: Ashwin Sheth, CMD of Ashwin Sheth Group; Suhail Yakub, Chairman of YM Infra; and Aatif Yakub, Managing Director, YM Infra.
