Give a Makeover to your old Furniture
When you move into a new house or are bored of seeing the same old T.V. unit in your Living Room....but think that replacing it would be heavy on pocket and also you cannot convince yourself/ spouse to dispose it off....its not that bad .Then stop worrying...you can give it a makeover....and you have an entirely new piece....
(Pic 1)-Such kind of Entertainment Units look really outdated...which can be tranformed into a Crockery Unit by additional Carpentry work. You can give it a completely new look by refurnishing/ resurfacing it....(Pic-2)

We have dynamic & young talented enthusiasts as office staff along with a strong network of workforce right from laymen to professionals to channelize a project towards perfection, timely completion & quality workmanship.
We encourage clients’ participation at every phase of a project to provide Economical, Functional and Creative Technical Solutions with personal attention.

We Design and do Makeover for all types of spaces like Residential, Commercial, Corporate, Hospitality, Institutional, Entertainment etc. on below mentioned basis/options.

1-Consultancy Basis:
a- Fee includes Space Designing & Ex*****on Monitoring of Entire Project (Labor will be yours or ours).
b- Fee includes Space Designing only. Ex*****on (Labor) & Monitoring will be in your scope.

2-Turnkey Basis/Lump Sum Basis:
Fee includes Space Designing, Material Supply & Ex*****on of individual items of the project, all will be in our scope. Finished/Boughtout Products will be in clients scope as per design & clients choice.

3-Percentage Basis : Designing or Makeover, Ex*****on & Monitoring Activities.
Fixed Percentage will be charged as our Fee on total cost of the project which includes cumulative costing of Raw Materials, Finished Products ,Bought out Items & Ex*****on (Labor) Charges. Ex*****on Labor will be yours or ours i.e optional. If we provide Labors then it will be chargeable on market rate basis for individual items. Percentage includes Space Designing Fee in the same.

4 -Labor Rates Basis : Excludes Designing of Space or Furniture.
Carpentry, False Ceiling, Glass Works, Tiling, Furnishing, Lighting etc. will be charged as per market rates on sft basis either with material or without material.Some items may be charged on lump sum charge basis.

5 -Makeover charges will be computed based on the quantum of makeover to be done in existing items.

Note: We also undertake Vaasthu Correction works, Civil Renovation, Landscaping, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Rainwater Harvesting, Subsoil Drainage System etc.
