1) This is Flavina, the owner of ‘Craftastic Accessories & More’. I am in to online craft material selling just as a hobby and to make craft supplies available to crafters at convenience and affordable rates. We don’t have any retail shop, we operate online.

3) Please read all details about uploaded product images. Please don’t ask for any catalogue, price list of products, it’s not available.
4) We are not dealers or traders of all products. At times some products may not be available in our stock and/with the suppliers. We need to source those products and may require at least 2 days for sourcing the products and 3 to 4 days for shipping after your confirmation and acknowledgement of payment. Please note the time required for the procurement and payment before ordering on urgent basis.
5) Minimal courier service charges would be charged for your products depending on an approximate weight. Courier service charges may be charged at higher rate for urgent delivery. In case of shipment to remote locations, request you to communicate the name/s of courier services available near your shipping address, enabling us to ensure prompt delivery. Failure to do so may result in delay/return of shipments in case of remote locations.
6) Kindly make a list of products you want to buy from Craftastic Accessories & More. You need to buy whole packet of kundans and materials, unless it is specifically mentioned in the product picture as rate per piece. Kindly place your orders accordingly enabling us to make prompt packaging and dispatch.
7) Please communicate and immediately pay for your confirmed orders only, as then we block those items for you and they are not available to other buyers. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
8) Please note Craftastic Accessories & More has "no return" and "no exchange policy" unless the package reaches you in damaged condition.
9) Please don’t ask for any discounts, free shipping or any other free offers. All products are very reasonable, so be assured that you are buying the products @ best deals.
10) Order confirmation by email/whatsapp is must. No verbal/telephonic orders will be entertained. Facebook messages are just for better conversation. We will not dispatch or confirm your order till we receive a confirmation from you. And if the payment is not made within 3 days of confirmation email your order will stand cancelled and those products will be available for sale to other customers’.
11) Complete your online net banking payment to my bank account and please send a copy of transaction receipt to me so I can manage the products shipment process. Craftastic Accessories & More has no other mode of payments. I hope you will understand this and co-operate with us for best results. Thank you,
