1) This is Amarish A. I am an Interior designer by profession and I am in to online craft material selling just as a hobby and to make craft supplies available to crafters at convenience and affordable rates. We don’t have any retail shop anywhere, we deal online only.
2) Owing to my busy schedule, I might be late in replying to your queri
es but be assured that I will get back to you within 24 hours. I am selling online thats not meant I am sitting 24 hrs in front of Laptop. Please keep in mind that I have my personal life and Interior Designing business life too. Please dont call / msg / whatsapp after 10pm.
3) Please read all details about uploaded product images. The first hand information is available on all pics. Please don’t ask any Catalogue, price list of products, we don’t have that.
4) I am not a dealer or stockist of all products. Sometimes some products would not be available in stock with me and with dealers. We need to find out those products in market so we need at least 2 days for finding and 3 to 4 days for shipping after your confirm order and payment done. Please understand this time period before ordering for urgent basis. No any courier service deliver your products withing 2 working days for reasonable charges. Courier services might be charge very high for urgent delivery.
5) Kindly make a list of things you want to buy from Craft Box. It will be very helpful for us for prompt packaging and dispatch and thus avoid unnecessary delay
6) Please place only confirmed orders because then we block those items for you and they are not available to other buyers.Your cancellation will put us in financial losses and we will have to refrain from dealing with you in future.
7) Please note Craft Box has "no return" and "no exchange policy"
8) Please don’t ask for any discounts, free shipping or any other free offers. All things are very reasonable so be assured that you are getting the best deal.
9) Order confirmation by product list is must. Facebook or Whatsapp messages are just for better conversation. We will not dispatch or confirm your order till we receive a confirmed list from you. And if the payment is not made within 3 days of confirmation your order will stand cancelled and those stuff will be available for sale to others.
10) Make a total full payment in my bank account and please send a copy of transaction receipt to me so I can manage the delivery processor. Craft Box has no any cash on delivery policy but you can collect your material from Dadar (east) Mumbai – 400 014. I hope you will understand this and co-operate me for better deal. Thank you,
