The bed is beautiful.

But it is not what gives this bedroom its presence.

The deep blue wall creates the drama.
The artwork gives the eye a destination.
The negative space makes the bed feel intentional; not simply placed.

Take those away, and the same bed tells a quieter story.

That is the difference between furnishing a bedroom and designing one.

Would you have noticed the wall first, or the bed?

You noticed the chair first.

But it only feels this good because the room is doing the quiet work around it.

The mustard wall intensifies its colour.
The artwork gives it rhythm.
The floor lamp gives it scale.
The rug gives it somewhere to belong.

Good interiors are not a collection of beautiful things.
They are relationships.

Swipe to see the chair in context.

Save this for the next time you’re choosing “the one piece” for a room, and send it to someone who thinks a great chair is enough.

We removed the room.

Nothing about the vanity changed.
But without the tile and surrounding details, it tells a different story.

That’s the thing about design: an object is rarely the whole idea.
Its impact comes from what it sits beside, what it reflects, and what you choose to leave around it.

Swipe to see the context that changed everything.

AI - Yes, but I would not recommend a complete redesign. Looking at the 2014 and 2019 versions together, my assessment is that the penthouse has reached the point where it would benefit from a considered third-layer refresh, rather than another stylistic overhaul. The 2014 interior has a fairly strong warm, eclectic, masculine character. The 2019 version actually refined this language rather than abandoning it. So I don't look at Image 2 and think "this interior is old."

Aum - A Decade, Two Transformations, One Living Space. Ten years ago, we designed this penthouse. Five years in, our client wanted a refresh of the living room, a facelift that respected the bones while breathing in something new.
Now, we're back for a third evolution.
This is what human-centric design looks like in real time. Spaces that grow as our clients do, shaped by their travels, their evolving tastes, the lives they're living right now. Design isn't a one-time decision. It's a relationship.
Some homes don't just age. They adapt.

AI - If I had to reverse-engineer the design brief purely from this photograph, I would read it as something like:
“Create a glamorous, highly personalised family living space that feels sophisticated and luxurious, but not formal or intimidating — using colour, pattern, classical detailing and curated objects to give the room a strong personality.”
What I think the designer was trying to achieve: Make the wall the hero
The strongest design decision is clearly the architectural wall treatment behind the sofa. The layered white mouldings create a quasi-classical framework, while the warm wood-toned inset keeps it from becoming too traditional. The brief was probably not simply “design a living room”, but rather:
“Give this room a strong architectural identity.”

Aum - When Creative Freedom Meets Art Deco Glamour
It's rare for clients to say "surprise us." But that's exactly what this family of four, with two teenage daughters, gave us. A blank canvas and full creative trust.
The brief was simple yet bold: a chic Art Deco hotel as inspiration, reimagined for everyday living. From statement lighting to the smallest decor details, every element was curated to strike that balance between old-world glamour and contemporary ease.
The result? A home that feels like a boutique hotel, but lives like family.
Sometimes the best design happens when clients let go and let us dream.

AI - Looking purely at the architectural language and visual cues, my first AI read is A high-end private residence/luxury villa. I would not immediately read this as an office, apartment building, or commercial building. It has several cues that strongly suggest a large, bespoke private home. But there is another interesting reading
If I were shown only this elevation without context, I could also interpret it as a:
Luxury boutique hotel / private resort residence
The reason is the hotel-like arrival experience: the oversized canopy, formal central axis, symmetrical composition, generous driveway, and landscaping create a sense of hospitality. However, the lack of an obvious reception/lobby identity, signage, multiple room modules, or public circulation pushes me back toward a private residence.

Aum - Where opulence meets warmth
A 20,000 sq. ft. sanctuary in the heart of Rajasthan, designed for a family of six who wanted more than a home; they wanted a legacy.
The entrance says it all: soaring wooden canopies, brass-detailed stone columns, and a monumental door that opens into something extraordinary. Every material tells a story: local stone grounding it to the land, warm copper paneling softening the scale, gold accents catching the desert light.
This is modern design rooted in Rajasthani grandeur. Nothing is accidental. Everything is intentional.

AI - Yes. AI can make a reasonably useful handover prediction from these photographs, provided we treat it as a site-progress estimate rather than a contractual date.
Assuming these photographs are current as of 1 September 2026, my reading is:
My estimated handover window: 25 September – 15 October 2026
Most likely: around 3–6 October 2026.
I would not currently predict a handover within the next 2 weeks.

Aum - Behind every design, a team that makes it real
We talk a lot about concepts, materials, and moments. Rarely about the ones who build it all into existence, our ex*****on team.
This is the calm before the chaos, and an incredible rush of adrenaline. Two weeks to completion, and the site already speaks for itself.
Objects in this mirror are closer than they appear. That's the drive behind every project we finish in record time.
To the team behind the scenes, this one's for you.

AI- If this were being described to an interior/client presentation
I would call the design: Sculptural Changing Pods - A series of curved timber volumes transform a functional changing area into an architectural feature. Elevated on slender black frames and detailed with dark edge bands, the pods create privacy while maintaining visual lightness, continuity and openness within the space.
Or, more conceptually:
Enclosure without walls. - The interesting part of the design is that the privacy is created through form, proportion and positioning rather than through conventional walls.

Aum - Curved for calm
Three sculptural pods, designed as private recovery spaces for an aesthetic clinic. Each cocoon offers seclusion without isolation, positioned to overlook a large window, with soft curves that ease the anxious moments before or after a procedure. Relaxed seating paired with a small cantilever table creates a sense of quiet privacy, never confinement.
Segregated, yet never disconnected. Because sometimes, the shape of a space can hold you.

AI - Looking at the image purely from a visual-recognition / AI classification perspective, I would expect AI to identify this unit as:
A bar cabinet/drinks console
More specifically, it looks like a built-in or freestanding bar console with concealed storage. If this is your own designed unit and you're trying to determine what the design intent reads as, I'd call it a "Feature Bar Console". The combination of the dark timber, fluting, brass detailing, artwork, and circular element makes it read as a luxury hospitality-inspired bar feature, rather than ordinary storage.

Aum - Hidden in plain sight
This isn't just a console - it's a secret.
Nestled within the private living room of a penthouse extension, this bespoke piece conceals a TV that only reveals itself on command. Our client wanted this space to remain fundamentally social, a room for conversation, for connection, for presence, never dominated by a screen. So we designed around that intention. A rising TV unit that stays hidden until privacy calls for it, blending seamlessly into the console when it's not needed. Because sometimes, the best design isn't about what you show. It's about what you choose to conceal. Sometimes, what you see isn't what you believe.

What does AI have to say about this!?

We gave AI something very simple:

A project.
No explanation.
No design brief.

And asked it to tell us what it saw.

Here’s what AI had to say.
