Life as a Contractor. My day is filled with designing and contracting. Weekends are just a myth in our world. 25-30 workers to manage daily. Now imagine handling 3 sites a day. Think twice if it’s 5 sites a day. Now this is just a labour management, what about material, scope of work, meetings, deals, client meeting, managers, office works, payments, site visits. The pressure is real. Work load is immense, but I’m fuelled by my passion for the job.
