This 3bhk residence completed almost a year back was photoshot recently after a long delay 👍

Nevertheless its always a pleasure to showcase our own work done from design to ex*****on and then maintained well by the client 👍

This residence has modern interiors, extremely functional and simplistic to the core. Overall room wise design will be showcased in following reels 👍

This reel features BEFORE / AFTER of entrance to living to dining space and showcases how we transformed the space totally!

The living room has a simple theme of beige and wooden elements to highlight certain walls like the tv wall , the showcase niche space on sofa wall and ending with the temple cm book library beyond dining table in very subtle way.

The overall juxtaposition was worked out in detail hiding the loft space in passage ceiling beyond dining to other rooms and accomodating a washing machine behind the temple unit.

This reel features master bedroom with simple theme of beige and pastel greens in very subtle way. The wardrobe design and texture is the highlight of this bedroom finished with stone like laminate. The tv cm wrking ledge is crafted for two laptop seatings with back painted glass and book shelf 👍

From 3d to reality 🤟

A part of 3bhk 1200 sqft flat, this bedroom design took a long time to finalise as it had to showcase power + luxury + define character of the person going to occupy.

The real challenge after the 3d view approval was selection of materials to be within budget to reflect the same overall feel in reality.

Every inch in this bedroom is designed in detail, be it the glass shutter wardrobe or the bedback + wallpaper combo or the full length dressing mirror backlit with side storage & ledge.

The attached toilet which we could not update wrt civil changes due to restricted budget was made to look a part of the overall interior scheme with only washbasin wall design alongwith mirror and lights.

Loved how this space turned out—with a sleek partition that subtly separates while still keeping everything visually connected. The textures, the lighting, and that statement basin come together to elevate a simple utility corner into something special.

Extention of existing university campus at sahara centre sharjah is almost at completion stage.

With classrooms + admin areas + cabins and conference area within the institute.

The interiors is simple yet impressive a continuation of the previous with a a functional aspect.

This daughter bedroom doubles up as a guest bedroom wrt space constrains in mumbai.

The solution was simple folding wall murphy bed accommodated within the bedroom with study desk and other storage. This folding bed when in shut position is almost invisible and also being completely functional when in open position. The overall feel is not compromised in either position. Further the same is easynto open and shut due to hydraulic fuxtures.

This is best example of aesthetics combined with utility + function.
