Here are 10 journaling prompts
Step 1:
understand it first
→ what task have i been avoiding the longest? why do i think that is?
→ when i imagine starting it, what’s the first feeling that comes up?
→ am i afraid of failing at this Task
→ does this task feel unclear, overwhelming, or just genuinely unimportant to me?
→ whose voice do i hear when i feel guilty about not doing it?
Step 2:
then deal with it
→ what would the smallest possible version of this task look like?
→ what would i tell a friend who was stuck exactly where i am right now?
→ how would i feel when i get this task done
→ is there something i need before i can start — permission, clarity, rest?
→ what’s one thing i can do in the next 10 minutes that counts as progress?
