The conference room at Nova Sable brings together bold artwork, clean geometry and a restrained material palette.

A large monochrome wall artwork anchors the room, creating a striking contrast against the neutral surfaces.

The elongated table layout, upholstered chairs and black detailing add structure, while the glass partitions allow the space to remain visually connected with the surrounding areas.

Linear lighting, minimal finishes and carefully placed elements create a workspace that feels contemporary yet distinctive.

The workspace at Nova Sable is designed as a compact glass cabin that still feels visually connected to the rest of the office.

Black metal framing, warm wood panelling and fluted detailing define the structure, while the glass keeps the space open.

Inside, a marble-top table, slim seating and a gallery-style wall bring in just enough detail without making the cabin feel crowded.

The bird motif across the glass adds a distinct visual layer, giving this functional workspace its own identity within the office.

A first glimpse into Nova Sable, an office shaped around how people move, work and interact through the day.

The layout brings together open workspaces, focused corners and collaborative zones, with material, lighting and detailing giving each area its own character while keeping the entire office visually connected.

Designed to feel functional, sharp and distinctly its own, Nova Sable is a workplace where every space has a clear purpose.

More from the project coming soon.

The home is planned around its tropical setting, with pitched roofs, deep verandahs and wide openings that bring in light, air and views of the landscape.

The pool, courtyards and greenery flow naturally around the architecture, making the outdoor spaces feel like an extension of the home rather than an addition to it.

Every part of the residence has been planned to feel open, private and easy to live in, while staying closely connected to the landscape around it.

A building takes shape one layer at a time, from the first structural elements to the final facade.

Here, the frame, floor slabs, curved balconies and exterior details come together gradually, showing how the design is built from the ground up.

The timelapse captures the construction process while keeping the original proportions, geometry and architectural character intact.

Every well-designed space begins with understanding the client’s lifestyle, needs and vision.

A detailed site visit helps us study the space, proportions and possibilities.

From there, the layout and design direction begin to take shape.

Once the materials and finishes are finalised, the design moves into ex*****on.

Texture adds depth and structure, even within a restrained colour palette.

Here, fluted wall panels, wall mouldings and wooden slatted ceilings create rhythm, warmth and dimension through material and shadow.

Each treatment becomes part of the architecture, making the spaces feel more layered without adding visual clutter.

Choosing materials is one of the first steps in every project.

We spend time looking at different finishes, textures and colours together before making any final decisions.

Small changes can completely change the way a space feels.

When the palette comes together, the rest of the home follows naturally.
