Soybean rice is a dish made by cooking soybeans and rice together.
Here is a recipe for soybean rice:

Ingredients:

1 cup of soybeans
2 cups of long-grain white rice
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons of Mustard oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:

Rinse the soybeans and soak them in water overnight.
Drain the soybeans and add them to a pot with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until the soybeans are tender.
Drain the soybeans and reserve the cooking liquid.
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the rice and stir to coat in the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked soybeans, reserved cooking liquid, and salt to the pot with the rice. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
Remove from heat and let the rice rest for 5-10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a base for a stir-fry or grain bowl.

Sev Sabji is a popular Indian dish that is made using gram flour noodles (sev) and a spicy tomato-based gravy. Here's a simple recipe for cooking Sev Sabji:

Ingredients:

2 cups of gram flour noodles (sev)
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Water as required
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter for a few seconds.

Add finely chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil.

Add gram flour noodles (sev) to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sev is soft and well-coated with the gravy.

Turn off the heat and let the sev sabji rest for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Your Sev Sabji is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
