Halwai जैसा खस्ता BALUSHAHI…4 pieces एक बार में ही खा गयी 😅😅

सामग्री:
मैदा 2 कप,
घी 1/2 कप,
दही 2 चम्मच,
सोडा 1/4 चम्मच,
चीनी 2 कप

विधि:
1. मैदा+सोडा+घी+दही मिलाकर सॉफ्ट डो बनाओ, 15 मिनट रखो

2. चीनी+पानी की 1 तार चाशनी बनाओ

3. लोई बनाकर बीच में गड्ढा करो

4. धीमी आंच पर हल्के गरम घी में सुनहरा तलो

5. गरम चाशनी में 2 मिनट डुबोकर निकालो.. बस तैयार! 🥰
