Mango Falooda Recipe :



Ingredients :

• Cold Milk – 4 cups
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Mango Syrup or Mango Pulp – 1/4 cup
• Sabja Seeds (Soaked) – 2 tbsp
• Boiled Falooda Sev – 1 cup
• Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 scoops
• Mango Cubes – 1/2 cup
• Pistachios – 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Saffron – few strands (optional)

Method :

1. Soak sabja seeds in water for about 10–15 minutes until they swell.

2. Boil falooda sev according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a bowl, mix cold milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

4. Take a tall glass and add mango cubes at the bottom.
5. Add a layer of soaked sabja seeds.
6. Add a layer of boiled falooda sev.
7. Pour some mango syrup or mango pulp over it.

8. Pour the sweetened cold milk into the glass.
9. Top with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
10. Garnish with mango cubes, chopped pistachios, and saffron strands.

Serve immediately chilled. 🥭🥛
