How do I pay for my order? Presently we only offer Online Bank Transfer through your Credit and Debit card. Do you offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How does it work? Yes, we support the COD payment method. You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you. What should I do if my payment doesn’t get through or fails? Every product has its own shipping time. Total time taken is shipping time plus transit time. Transit time depends on your location and courier agent. We would be providing our customers with tracking code which could be use in tracking there order. What is the mode of delivery? As per the locations we have partnered with different courier companies to make the delivery an easy task. Why have I received only a part of my order? As mentioned in our Product details page, each product has its own delivery duration. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. Can I cancel an order? At Painting Mantra website we does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, but you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 29 83 0084 or email us at [email protected] at the earliest with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as Vouchers of the same value which can be redeemed for shopping later on the website. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already processed or shipped, or those which are been custom made or manufactured as per the order. To cancel any other order that has not yet processed or shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team. For any kind of modification required in the order please contact our customer support team. Modification will only be possible if the order has not been processed yet. Who pays the postal/shipping charges for the returned goods? We pay for the postal charges if goods are retuned because of the above three mentioned reason. What is the returns procedure? Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).Attach your photos to an email and send them to [email protected]. To return your item(s) please pack then in its original packaging and include the completed Return Form. Due to logistical constraints, if we are unable to collect a return, and you’ve arranged for the same, please arrange for a return via a trusted courier service of your choice. No refunds are applicable for cancellations, Paintingmantra will offer you vouchers in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase
