To recook, follow the step by step instructions below:
Step 1: Combine the dredge ingredients in a bowl, set aside
Step 2: Combine dry ingredients for batter, whisk in cold liquids
Step 3: Toss the vegetables in the dredge and dust off
Step 4: Dip in the batter and fry until golden brown
Step 5: Drain on towel and immediately toss in green tea salt

To recook, follow the step by step instructions below:
Step 1: Boil the corn for 20-30 minutes
Step 2: Add the cubed pumpkin and cook for 10-15 minutes
Step 3: Julienne the onion and fry until golden
Step 4: Cut the corn off the cob and add to the onion
Step 5: Add the pumpkin and crush with a fork
Step 6: Serve and garnish with parsley

- Wash rice gently & leave in water for 20 min
- Dice all vegetables in a pan
- Heat oil, add all spices, vegetables & salt
- Sauté vegetables, add water & boil up
- Add soaked rice & cook with gentle stirring till water is absorbed
- Immediately cover pan with lid or foil
- Bake at 160º C for 10 min
