How We Turned 2 Apartments Into 1 Massive Home 🤯
When a client asked us to merge two completely separate flats into one seamless luxury apartment, we didn’t just knock down a wall and call it a day. We had to completely re-engineer the flow of the space.

📐 Strategic Zoning: A massive floor plan can easily feel chaotic. We split the footprint into two distinct wings: a public “Guest Area” (living, kitchen, and service) for entertaining, and a completely private “Residential Area” to protect the family’s peace and quiet.
🌿 Uncompromised Views: Combining units usually ruins the exterior flow. We optimized the layout to guarantee that every single bedroom retained its own personal balcony, alongside a massive communal deck attached to the main living space.
🪵 Mastering Acoustics: Huge open spaces create terrible echoes. To fix the sound issues while elevating the aesthetic, we relied heavily on custom wall paneling, specifically using natural veneer. It absorbs sound perfectly while adding a premium, organic texture.
