Are you passionate about construction and interior projects? We're looking for a motivated Estimation Engineer to join our team!
Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings
✔ Prepare cost estimates for construction and interior projects
✔ Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
✔ Prepare material quantity sheets and cost analysis
✔ Assist in tender preparation and project budgeting
✔ Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers
✔ Support procurement with material specifications and quantities
✔ Review drawings for estimation-related discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in construction/interior project estimation (Freshers may apply)
Good knowledge of construction materials and interior finishes
Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
BOQ preparation and quantity surveying
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
Familiarity with ERP and estimation tools
Basic understanding of project ex*****on and procurement
