AYD - Architect Yogesh A building is not the product of an individuals creativity. Rather it is a complex of interactions b A building is not the product of an individual’s creativity.

Rather it is a complex of interactions between various disciplines and individual viewpoints which ultimately seek to create buildings which are beyond clients expectations. The design process starts with the clients design brief, analysis of site conditions and laws and it evolves within these parameters into an entity. An entity that answers the client’s needs and reflects the underlying design

ideology. The design process involves a constant dialog with the design brief and rather than artificially follow the brief we seek to enhance it along the process. We are driven by a passion to design, to create and to see our designs fulfill their roles.

Nestled in the charming village of Sangolda, our latest architectural design is a contemporary twist on Goa's iconic sloping roofs. This single-story residence is thoughtfully interspersed with five courtyards, paying homage to the region's climate and architectural heritage.



The design features interconnected monolithic structures that come together in a stunning colonnaded living pavilion, offering serene views of the pool. Each courtyard serves as a tranquil oasis, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces.

This is an evolving design in its conceptual phase.

Nestled in the charming village of Sangolda, our latest architectural design is a contemporary twist on Goa's iconic sloping roofs. This single-storey residence is thoughtfully interspersed with five courtyards, paying homage to the region's climate and architectural heritage.

Casa de Cocum - one important feature of the site is the Kokum tree which made a lasting impact on the design. The impact was such that we wanted the tree to be an integral part of the design. This beautiful vibrant Kokum tree has been retained to form the focal point of the central pool and deck area. Such has been its impact on the project that it has lent its name to the home.
