A glass factory visit is always an exciting and educational experience. During the visit, we observed the complete process of glass manufacturing, from melting raw materials to shaping beautiful glass products. The huge furnaces, glowing molten glass, and skilled workers demonstrated the perfect combination of technology and craftsmanship.
We learned that silica sand, soda ash, and limestone are the main raw materials used in glass production. These materials are heated at extremely high temperatures until they melt into liquid glass. The molten glass is then molded into different shapes such as bottles, decorative items, and sheets of glass through advanced machines and manual techniques.
