It was started in 1992 with a dream to make innovative, elegant and natural products using local manpower and talent. Located at Pondicherry, formerly a French colony, with its own special tradition, lying some 160kms south of Chennai(Madras), Inner Reflection strives to develop a line of products that are refreshingly different. Since the “natural look” is something that the organisation strongly
believes in, today it focuses on a large range that spans from perfumed flower candles to dry flower arranged handmade paper cards and stationery to natural oils and potpourri to natural hand-rolled incenses packed in eco-friendly, recycled handmade paper. The organisation engages mostly village girls with little education coming from economically weaker section of the community. They are trained meticulously in different areas always insisting on them the need for quality and perfection.
