A classy and soft minimalistic theme with an Indian touch is what this family of five wanted for their 3BHK home in Pune . Spread over a 1000 sqft area , the brief was to keep it highly functional with lots of storage space and ability to seat and sleep guests as needed and yet have the house look airy and spacious. That Italian marbled theme flooring called for touches of gold and beige in the living room , the TV unit and Partition in gold pipes was custom designed and built with glass colours used in partition mirroring the various colors used in the living space. The Kids bedroom had their favorite Unicorn theme chosen with the kids inputs . The Moms room had an Indian theme with a colorful end to end wall paper emphasizing the length of the room , a hidden trundle bed in the main bed and a custom built mandir polished and hand painted by a mural artist . The master bedroom is the retreat of choice with its soft ,subdued tones of beige and grey and wooden flooring carried forth on the chevron patterned wood paneled side board. The other marble themed side panel does its fair bit in unifying the beige and grey colors together while adding a touch of luxury.
