Some walls are designed.
Some walls become memories. ✨

This dining wall was one of them.

Our clients didn’t want just another decorative panel or artwork picked from a catalogue. They wanted something that felt rooted, warm, and deeply personal to their home. That’s when we introduced them to Lippan art — a traditional art form from Kutch, Gujarat, known for its beautiful mud work, textures, and mirror detailing that reflects light so beautifully through the space.

But what made this project truly special wasn’t just the art itself.
It was the process behind it.

Instead of outsourcing or installing a ready-made piece, we created a custom gypsum panel on the dining wall and invited our clients to be a part of the making. They hand-worked on the artwork alongside us — shaping patterns, feeling the textures, and slowly watching their wall come to life. 🤍

In a world where everything is fast and factory-made, this wall became something slower, more intentional… something made with their own hands.

To give it a cleaner and more contemporary feel that blended with the rest of the home, we finished the artwork in duco while retaining the raw essence of Lippan art. The mirrors were then carefully placed, catching light through the dining area and adding that soft shimmer the art is known for ✨

Today, it’s not just a dining wall.
It’s a conversation piece.
A memory.
A part of the home that the clients will always feel connected to — because they didn’t just choose it, they created it with us.

There’s something strange about growing up.
You don’t realise it while it’s happening…
but one day you look back at old photographs and suddenly understand how much love existed quietly in the background all along. 🤍

The woman who stood behind every school morning, every stubborn phase, every dream that felt too big, every failure that felt too heavy.
The woman who somehow kept showing up — softly, constantly, endlessly.

As children, we think mothers are just “there.”
But growing older makes you realise the strength it takes to be someone’s safe place every single day.

Looking at these pictures feels like looking at pieces of home.
Different years. Different versions of us.
But the same comfort in every frame.

Maybe that’s why I care so deeply about creating homes and spaces today.
Because before I ever learnt design, I learnt warmth from her.
I learnt that a home is not made beautiful by walls or furniture…
but by the feeling someone gives you when you walk through the door.

To the woman who shaped my world long before I started shaping spaces of my own — thank you for everything that probably went unnoticed at the time, but means everything now.

Happy Mother’s Day, Mama

Sometimes, it’s not about adjusting to a space…
it’s about questioning it.

This layout had a wall between the kitchen refrigerator and the living room.
On paper, it made sense.
On site, it did nothing—
it blocked flow, reduced openness, and still didn’t create a meaningful function.

And that’s where most homes go wrong.
We accept walls, layouts, and structures as they are—
instead of asking what they could become.

So we chose to intervene.

Breaking a wall isn’t just a civil decision.
It’s a responsibility.
It affects circulation, usability, light, and the overall experience of a home.

But when done right,
it doesn’t just open up space—
it gives it purpose.

In a home where space was already limited,
creating a separate mandir room wasn’t practical.
But ignoring it wasn’t an option either.

So we carved it into the plan itself.

Today, what stands here is a modern, minimal mandir—
seamlessly placed between two active zones,
yet holding its own sense of calm and stillness 🪔

Clean lines.
No excess.
Just intention.

Because good design isn’t about adding more—
it’s about editing, refining, and sometimes,
having the clarity to remove what doesn’t belong.

And that’s where real transformation begins ✨

Would you rethink a wall in your home like this?

“Eight years in design has taught me that the journey isn’t just about constant creation — it’s also about knowing when to pause. Every project demands a part of you — your time, your focus, your perspective. And when it ends, there’s a quiet space that follows. A space to step back, to reflect, and to reconnect with your own thoughts.
I’ve come to realize that these pauses aren’t breaks from the process, they are the process. They bring clarity, sharpen vision, and prepare you for what’s next. Sometimes, giving yourself that time — to reset, to breathe, to simply exist beyond deadlines — is where the real growth happens.
Because in the end, design isn’t just about what you create. It’s about how you evolve between creations.
8 years in, still learning, still refining, still starting again — every single time.”

Wait till you see how this home unfolds…

You enter through a stunning South Indian safety door—rich in detail, rooted in tradition—and instantly, it sets the tone. But what truly catches you next? The ceiling. A beautifully designed, welcoming element that almost feels like it’s pulling you in… soft, warm, and inviting.

As you move further, the energy shifts. There’s a quiet pause at the mandir—calm, soothing, almost meditative. It’s not loud, it doesn’t demand attention… but you feel it.

And just when you think the home will stay subtle, the bedrooms surprise you. Bold colours. Statement wallpapers. Strong personalities. Yet somehow, everything still feels balanced… nothing overwhelms.

The kids’ rooms? Playful, vibrant, full of character—exactly how a child’s world should feel.

And then, the master bedroom. Everything slows down here. The boldness fades into a soft, refined elegance. Understated, calming, and timeless… like your own personal retreat.

A home that plays with contrasts—bold yet minimal, expressive yet soothing—and somehow brings it all together effortlessly.
