Energy drink to build up your immune system.
What is immune system?
To explain it in simple words, when some third party /foreign body enters our body {virus, bacteria, fungus} enters and attacks on our body ,all our white blood cells {will call soldiers in our body }come together and fight against these foreign bodies .If the attack is weak WBC will easily tackle with it . However if the attack is stronger than the fight takes longer and our body starts feeling feverish. Among the, if WBC and the foreign body, WBC wins the fight we fell healthy, if the virus or the foreign body wins we fall sick .Therefore the best way to fell healthy to improve our immunity which will give more power to our cells to win.
That’s why I present here easy, effective, and tasty drink which can be made with the available masala’s at home. So let’s start........
Booster Drink
Ingredients:
Cloves powder 2sp Ginger powder 2sp cumin seed powder 2sp
Bay leaf powder 2sp Black pepper powder 2sp Turmeric 2sp
Basil leaf powder 2sp poppy seed powder 2sp coriander powder 2sp
Cinnamon powder 1sp black salt, lemon juice as per tasty
Procedure:
• Take all ingredients in a mixi jar. Except black salt and lemon juice .Grind it again to mix well.
• This powder you can store it in glass jar for more than three month.
• When you want to make this , take 1sp powder in 1 glass of water [300ml] And boil it till the water reduces to half of the quantity.
• Let it cool for some time.
• When it is lukewarm add some salt and lemon juice as per tasty.
• You can also add honey.
• Stir it well and have it.
