Set along the backwaters of Pavna, this resort follows the land, the water streams and the existing pathways to shape every experience.
Private cottages, twin villas, open decks and gathering spaces, all thoughtfully placed for better views, more privacy and a deeper connection to the landscape.
A stay shaped by the land itself.

It’s not just about designing a space.
It’s about designing how the space feels.

Every detail, from the materials and lighting to the proportions and textures, comes together to shape an experience, not just an aesthetic.

A moment worth pausing for.

Akanksha is featured in The House Editor Magazine: a recognition of her approach to architecture, design, and the quiet details that shape the way we experience a space.

To mark the occasion, we asked her a few more questions: about her influences, her process, and the ideas behind her work.

Because beyond the projects, there is always a perspective worth knowing.

In the pursuit of creating beautifully designed homes, certain spaces are often overlooked despite their role in shaping how a home truly functions. We asked four founders which areas they believe are most neglected, and their answers offer an interesting perspective on thoughtful design, functionality, and the spaces that quietly hold a home together.

A retreat designed to slow you down.

Warm textures, earthy tones, and views that bring the outdoors in, every corner of this Pawna Lake resort is designed around one idea: escape, but make it beautiful.

For this project, the location wasn’t just a backdrop — it was the starting point.

The landscape, the water, the hills, and the sense of escape from the city all played a role in shaping what this home could become.

Here’s a closer look at the location and why we chose to build here.

Got it — if the reel is specifically breaking down why the location near Pawna Dam was chosen, I’d make it more about the place and the opportunity it offers.

The homes of the future won’t just look better. They’ll work smarter.

From smart technology to spaces that adapt to different needs, flexibility is becoming just as important as aesthetics. The next five years might be less about how a home looks—and more about how intelligently it lives.
