Aasrav Villa was designed as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, a place to slow down, disconnect and reconnect with nature. From the very beginning, we wanted the villa to feel like an extension of its landscape, with the architecture blending into its surroundings rather than competing with them.

Set along the backwaters of Pauna, this resort follows the land, the water streams and the existing pathways to shape every experience. Private cottages, twin villas, open decks and gathering spaces, all thoughtfully placed for better views, more privacy and a deeper connection to the landscape.

What happens when a parking structure becomes the social heart of a home?

For Tribe, Baner, the existing podium was reimagined as a vibrant co-living common space where work, play, wellness and connection come together.

From co-working and huddle spaces to gaming, the gym, cafeteria and food court, each zone has its own character while staying part of one cohesive ecosystem.

Designed to encourage people to step out, slow down, interact and belong, the space is more than an amenity. It is a place to work, a place to play, and a place to connect.
