A well-designed space is often defined by what it leaves unsaid✨

For this luxurious 3BHK, we created a sophisticated palette of warm beige and wooden laminate, layered with subtle rose-gold accents for a touch of understated contrast.

Wall mouldings add definition and visual rhythm to the interiors, while creating an elegant backdrop for the artwork. Curated artefacts, planters and customised details were thoughtfully integrated to complement the palette and bring the entire space together.

We believe every achievement, big or small, deserves a moment to pause and acknowledge✨

This time, we had a particularly special one!

On the same day, we successfully completed the handover of two corporate interior projects for the same client — a milestone that brought together months of planning, coordination, site work and teamwork.

We took a little time away from the usual pace for a small recognition of the project leads and everyone who played a part in bringing these projects to completion.

More than just marking the milestone, it was an opportunity to come together, share a few informal conversations and appreciate the effort behind the work.

A simple moment to acknowledge the journey, appreciate the people behind it, and share the achievement as a team.

Last-minute chaos at one of our sites🙌😮‍💨

The week before handover is when the pace on site changes completely.

With a tight project timeline and the client looking to reopen the space at the earliest, the final days become a constant push.

Multiple teams working simultaneously, progress being monitored closely, details being checked, and every pending issue needing to be resolved before handover.

It’s a demanding few days, but seeing everything come together makes the pressure worth it.

We designed this room as a flexible space that brings together a home office, mandir and an extendable bed that converts from single to double, allowing the layout to adapt to different needs.

The design is grounded in a subtle beige and brown palette, creating a refined and understated backdrop. Against this, the custom teak wood mandir is positioned as the focal point, giving the space a distinct visual anchor.

Marble-finished laminates frame the mandir corner, creating contrast while keeping the focus on the teak wood detailing. Curated artifacts, inspired by the clients’ preferences, complete the space with a sense of character.

One of our largest bungalow projects to date is taking shape🙌

A glimpse from site of this 40,000 sq.ft. palatial bungalow project in Phaltan, Maharashtra🤩

We thoroughly enjoy designing bungalows where the scale gives us the freedom to explore and experiment. But the other side of working on a project this large is something you don’t really see in the drawings.

There are more people to coordinate, multiple teams working at different stages, countless decisions to be made on site, and, in this case, a fair amount of travel as well.

It can be demanding, but seeing the project slowly come together makes it all worthwhile. There’s a different kind of satisfaction in seeing something you have spent so much time designing finally take physical form.

Arrival shapes the experience 🙌✨

For our studio, we wanted that experience to feel warm, open, and welcoming.

Terracotta-toned concrete jaali blocks define the space without enclosing it completely. Behind the reception desk, an exposed brick wall and a jharoka-style window become focal elements, bringing together details inspired by our long-standing passion for palatial architecture.

The balcony opens the reception to the outdoors, bringing in daylight and natural ventilation throughout the day!
