WHAT DO YOU SEE WHEN YOU SEE A SPACE?
Most people see an empty room.
I see a series of questions.
Who will use it?
What should it achieve?
How should people move through it?
What should they feel?
What does the brand need to communicate?
What will it cost?
How will it be maintained?
And most importantly…
How will this space perform tomorrow—not just look today?
For me, interior design begins long before the first line is drawn.
I think about:
🎯 Business Goals
⚙️ Workflow
🏷️ Brand Identity
👥 Customer Journey
👩💻 Employee Productivity
💡 Lighting
🧱 Materials
💰 Budget
📐 Ex*****on Planning
🛠️ Maintenance
💻 Technology
📈 Future Expansion
Because a space is never just a space.
For a business, it can influence productivity, customer experience, brand perception and growth.
For a home, it can influence how you live, connect, relax and experience everyday life.
Good design isn't about adding more.
It's about making better decisions.
After 20+ years in this profession, that's what I continue to look for in every project.
So tell me…
When you see an empty space, what do YOU see first?
Possibility?
Problem?
Potential?
👇 I'd genuinely love to know.
Think Space. Think Jalpa.
