Caption

Expensive doesn’t always look luxurious.

A high budget can give you access to beautiful materials, but it is thoughtful design that brings those materials together.

Luxury lies in proportion, restraint, material harmony, lighting, craftsmanship and how effortlessly a space functions.

It is not about adding more.
It is about making every element count.

At Mitee Interiors, we believe a refined interior should feel intentional, timeless and personal—not simply expensive.

Because the real luxury is in how a space feels.

Thinking of hiring an interior designer? 🏡

Before you look at the price and sign the quotation, ask the questions that actually matter.

What exactly is included in the scope?
How are you being charged?
Who will handle the site?
How many revisions are included?
And what drawings and documents will you actually receive?

A lower quotation doesn’t always mean you’re getting a better deal. What matters is understanding what you’re paying for, how the process works, and what you can expect at the end.

Your home deserves more than just a beautiful 3D render. It needs a well-planned design that can actually be executed.

Save this reel before hiring your interior designer.
And share it with someone who’s planning their interiors. ✨

Every home has a story. We simply help bring it to life.

For us, interior design begins with understanding the client — their lifestyle, preferences, routines and the way they envision living in their space.

Every colour, material, furniture piece and detail is thoughtfully chosen to reflect that vision, while creating a home that feels functional, timeless and truly personal.

Because the best-designed spaces are not just beautiful — they feel like you.

The beauty of a thoughtfully designed interior often lies in the details.

A carefully placed plant introduces organic texture, natural colour and a sense of calm — creating a space that feels considered, yet effortlessly lived-in.

The outcome may be what you imagine. But the process is what gets you there.

Before an interior project begins, there are several important steps that need to happen — from defining the scope and understanding your requirements to finalising the design, working drawings, and eventually moving towards ex*****on.

In this reel, we’re breaking down the design process we follow at Mitee Interiors, step by step.

Every designer may have a slightly different approach, but as a client, you should always have clarity on:

• What is included in the scope of work
• How the design fees are calculated
• What your agreement covers
• How your requirements are documented
• How the design evolves from mood boards to 3D
• What working drawings are and why they matter

A well-defined process doesn’t just make the designer’s job easier — it gives the client clarity, control and confidence throughout the project.

Save this reel if you’re planning an interior project, and share it with someone who is about to start theirs.

One 3BHK. Three toilets. Three completely different design languages.

Toilet 1 — Quiet Luxury
Warm beige stone walls, a checkered floor, and a full-height brass-framed glass shower partition. An arched wood mirror, a black stone vessel sink, and a rich walnut vanity ground the space with a deep green capsule tile wall inside the shower for a quiet pop of drama. Timeless, tactile, unhurried.

Toilet 2 — Old World Glamour
A green marble countertop against a dark wood vanity, paired with a black beaded arched mirror and brass fittings. The statement here is the loop tile. Vintage-inspired, layered, unapologetically decorative.

Toilet 3 — The Kid’s Bath
A complete tonal shift: matte black vertical tile, a floating white vanity, black round fixtures — and a floor-to-ceiling sports mural of a footballer mid-celebration with “GOAL” typography repeated behind him. Playful, graphic, built entirely around who uses it.
