A staircase that was designed to be more than just a transition between levels. 🙌🏽

For this Pune outhouse, every detail adds character, from the striking stained-glass window that brings in colour and light to the classic railing, patterned stair edges and warm wall sconces. The result is a staircase that feels almost architectural in itself, turning an everyday passage into a beautiful focal point.

Because sometimes, the way you move through a space deserves just as much thought as the space itself.

Tucked away in Pune, this outhouse embraces the quiet romance of Indo-colonial design, Gothic arched teak doors framing views of the garden, sun-washed sage and olive walls and a palette of indigo blue and warm brass that ties every room together.

From the cane-and-linen living room to the long teak dining table dressed for gathering, every corner was designed to feel unhurried with heirloom-style mirrors, hand-carved consoles and a colonial bench upholstered in block-print blues that bring in just the right amount of vintage soul.

A home that breathes slow mornings, filtered light and stories waiting to be told. 🏡✨

This penthouse bar sit-out was designed for long evenings, easy conversations and city views that deserve a little extra time. With adjustable blinds that let you control the light through the day, a statement high-top island for gathering and a cosy seating zone overlooking Pune, the space transforms beautifully as the day unfolds.

And when the sun goes down, the soft cove lighting takes over, creating just the right ambience for the evening.

Designed to entertain. Framed by the city. ✨

The brief for this bedroom was simple: keep it calm.

A muted palette, warm lighting and soft blush accents bring just enough character without overwhelming the space. Every detail, from the floating bedside tables to the full-height wardrobe, was planned to make the room feel open, functional and quietly luxurious.

Soft curves, warm walnut tones and cane detailing come together to give this home a calm, grounded feel. 💫

The dining nook’s blue floral wall adds a striking contrast against the warm, neutral palette running through the rest of the space. The kitchen island rounds it off with the same warm, textured materials, with a clean and functional layout.

Not every surprise in a home needs its own room. 🍷

On the last flight of stairs in this duplex, we tucked in a compact, temperature-controlled wine cellar, built right into the staircase itself with no extra square footage, no separate room. Just a quiet little reveal you walk past every single day.

Sometimes the best design isn’t about adding space. It’s about noticing the space no one’s using. 🙌🏽

A bedroom should do more than help you unwind. It should adapt to the way you live.🪞

For this space, we brought together a quiet work corner, a thoughtfully designed dresser and a soothing palette that feels fresh without overwhelming the room. The deep blue accents add just enough character while the soft lighting and clean lines keep everything feeling calm and balanced. 🩵

Beautiful interiors are about creating spaces that effortlessly become part of your everyday life.

A render is a promise. The residence is where we keep it. 🏠

From a sunken reading nook with a backlit bookshelf, to a corner living room framed by skyline views, to a dining space anchored by warm pendant lighting, every space in this home started as a 3D vision before it became lived-in reality. 🤍

What we love most isn’t that it matches the render. It’s that it feels warmer, more textured, more theirs than the render ever could.

We didn’t set out to use arches everywhere. It just kept making sense.🚪

The entrance gate curves overhead in black iron scrollwork. The corridor opens into more arches, one after another, with a checkerboard floor running underneath. Upstairs, a stained-glass window catches the light in blues and greens on the landing.

Even the little details carry it through such as a mirror set into an arched niche, a carved wooden door tucked into its own curved frame, French doors in the dining room shaped the same way. 🪟

None of it was planned as a “theme.” It’s just what happens when you commit to an idea and follow it through every room. 🤍
