Our comprehensive in-house expertise caters to both government and private clients, offering a wide range of services including building plans, 3D elevation, interior designing, valuation, soil testing, survey, and more.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented CAD Draftsmen and Designers to join our dynamic teams, offering exceptional career development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from a local university or university accredited by the Board of Architects.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in the latest 2022 versions of 2D AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp, 3D Rendering, ArchiCAD, Revit, and other graphic arts software to produce designs.
Proficiency in the latest Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation processes to ensure accurate design creation.
Strong abilities in design, planning, project management, and on-site experience.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
