Project: The Container Space at Adiraj Farmhouse
An Adaptive Hospitality Retreat by Shreesh Design Studio LLP
Nestled beside a tranquil dam and surrounded by lush greenery, this unique hospitality retreat transforms shipping containers into comfortable guest suites. Designed as a commercial farmhouse stay, the project embraces modular architecture to create a memorable experience in nature.
Due to the site's soft soil conditions, conventional construction was not feasible. Repurposed shipping containers offered a sustainable, adaptable, and future-ready solution. The development features four independent container suites with private amenities, thoughtfully placed within landscaped gardens to strengthen the connection between architecture and nature.
Finished in soothing shades of blue inspired by the water and sky, and complemented by warm, inviting interiors, the project offers a contemporary escape while remaining sensitive to its surroundings.
A celebration of modular design, sustainability, and adaptability, The Container Space redefines hospitality through innovative architecture.
